I have been running from one office to another for almost 2 months to know where I can register my asylum application, before I met someone from FRC who not only provided me information of French asylum procedure, but also accompanied me throughout my process.
"translated from Dari to English"
FRC introduced me to a French teacher whom I visit at her house every Friday afternoon to learn French. I am learning more things than I used to learn in my OFII french classes."Translated from Pashto to English"
People told me if I have find a job I should go to Pole-Emploi, I have been registered in Pole-Emploi since 2014, but each time I took an appointment, the advisor told me I have to go and work in Mcdonald or other fastfood restaurant, whereas I have a diploma in accounting from India. Once in google search I came across FRC and I was helped in validating my diploma and work experience in India.
I heard about FRC from a friend who has been volunteering for some time, It was very encouraging to find a platform where people worked for a common objective to help refugees. It is now 3 months that I am receiving a young Afghan boys and teach him French and his progress in French language encourages me more and more.
Thank you to all members of FRC.
